We have facilitated and conducted research investigating processes and outcomes of various transnational telecommunications partnerships. In our presentation we provide a rationale for globally connecting among teachers and students, show examples of what teachers and students are doing with telecommunications, and share a variety of technologies used by teachers and students to facilitate partnerships.
