Ponente:
Henrry
T. Ingle (UTEP),
This CUDI 2002
seminar session focuses on the important corollary component
of best instructional practices that make for effective use
of digital web-based Internet technologies for teaching and
learning in a higher education setting. Dr. Henry Ingle, members
of the UTEP faculty involved in distance learning, and technical
support staff at the Office of Technology Planning and Distance
Learning will profile their pioneering work in best pedagogical
practices for electronic delivered instruction focused on
binational, U.S.-Mexico border student population groups.
The session is
open to all CUDI Fall 2002 conference participants, but it
is particularly designed for university faculty and administrators
involved in the design, development, mnagement and delivery
of asynchronous online distance education programs. It is
expected that part of this program session will explore ways
in which UTEP and CUDI can develop a partnership to further
develop and share effective pedagogical practices for online
instructional delivery systems.
